Your Prayer & Your Praise.

Colossians 4:2

Prayer and praise are equally important to God.
Prayer and praise will benefit you.
Prayer and praise should go together. Psalm 18:3
Prayer and praise both work by faith.

Prayer at times is like a seed. It can be likened to a seed you sow.
Praise can be likened to the watering of your seed.
Prayer is an answer to suffering. Praise can be the product of being cheerful. James 5:13
We pray because we have faith that God answers prayer.
We also praise because we believe God has answered our prayers or will answer our prayers.

Being thankful to God in every season and in every situation is the will of God for us.
Praising God is a command from the Lord. Psalm 68:32
Praising God is a spiritual law. It is a powerful sacrifice. Hebrews 13:15

Praising God attracts Gods presence, and with Gods presence comes many huge and beneficial blessings.
Psalms 22:3
Prayer sets angels in motion. Daniel 10:12-14
Praise sets God in motion. Psalm 22:3

The whole of heaven will respond to your prayer and your praise when done with the right heart.
I believe our praises should exceed our prayers. We should let our praises be more than our prayers. Psalm 119:164

Pray well but praise more. 2 Chronicles 20:1-22
We are called to live a life of worship to God - our praise and prayer is part of living a life of worship to God. Exodus 23:25
Our praise and prayer is also act as spiritual weapons.
Praise is not something we do just to while away time in church.
God can defeat your adversaries because you prayed to Him, and He can also defeat them because of your praise. 2 Chronicles 20:22.

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus
