The Handwriting On The Wall

Daniel 5:5-12

God is a writer. Jeremiah 31:33
God writes and He has His own hand writing. Exodus 31:18
Like Daniel, can you interprete God's writing today?
God wrote on tablets made of stone to communicate His truth, His instructions, His thoughts to His people.
Hebrews 10:16
Jeremiah 31:33

He is the writer of the scriptures we have come to know as the Bible today.
 2 Timothy 3:16
God is the unseen writer of the scriptures.
Certain characters may have played out the events of the scriptures but the inspiration behind the events is from God.

The life of Jesus Christ on earth was a manifestation and fulfillment of prophecy.
Luke 2:23, Mathhew 2:5, Matthew 2:17

Prophecy is divided into written and spoken prophecy.
Just like Jesus, there are things that have been said and written about you.

God writes to us through His messengers.
Galatians 6:11
The prophecy of our life is the unfolding of what God has 'written' concerning us.
We have to operate in the 'spirit' of what's written about us.
God has thoughts, good thoughts concerning us.
Jeremiah 29:11
This means God thinks. God is a thinker.
Because God thinks, He writes.
Those inspired of God  in ministry tend to write. Luke 1:3
Man is created in God's image and likeness.
Since we are created in His image and likeness, He encourages us to document things.
Jeremiah 30:2

God speaks His thoughts to His prophets and His prophets write it out.
Just like Jesus, you have to know what is written about you.
Prophets are the mouthpiece of God on the earth.
They can also be the 'hands of God' to give you a written prophecy.
Daniel was a prophet of God who spoke and wrote for God.
He also had the gift of interpretation. Daniel 1:17
He was able to interprete God's handwriting on the wall which was a writing of judgement to the King of Babylon at the time.

What is written about you is what God is saying to you. 2 John 1:2
There are things God has written about you.
Most of those things are written in God's book.
Read the scriptures, God's documented Word to you.
God's Spirit shows you what's yours in the scriptures.
Jesus found Himself in the light of the scriptures. Luke 18-21
You also have to find yourself in the 'light' of  God's Word. Hebrews 10:7

The Word of God and nature has God's beautiful handwriting all over them.
The handwriting of God is still around today.
It should be in your heart!

Your Father Hears

Matthew 6:5,6 Prayer should be directed to the Father. Jesus showed this when He taught His disciples the Lord's prayer. It should be a great comfort to you to know that the creator and God of all hears you when you pray. This should encourage you to pray and keep praying. In our day to day relationships with people our communication will reduce towards those who don't pay attention when we're talking to them. The good thing about God is that He is never distracted. Know you have His attention when you pray . He can be communicated with. He hears, He created the ears. Psalm 94:9 Jesus encouraged prayer. Matthew 26:40 Jesus taught prayer. Luke 11:1,2 If Jesus prayed, you will need to pray. Why Should You Pray? *Pray because prayer brings God's intervention. Isaiah 38:5,6 *Pray because that's how you are authorized to communicate with God. 1 Thessalonians 15:16-18 *Pray because it is a major way of birthing God's will on earth. 1 Kings 18

The Importance Of The Anointing

Acts 10:38 The anointing is the presence of the Holy Spirit with a person. The anointing speaks, the anointing directs, and the anointing teaches people what they need to know and do. 1 John 2:27 You need the anointing. You can grow in the anointing. It is also possible to depart from the anointing. The anointing won't depart from you but you can depart from the anointing. You should remain in Him. It is worth it investing time to understand the your anointing, growing in your anointing and obeying the anointing. As you get to know a person better by spending time with them, so it is with the anointing in your life. With the anointing, you can't go wrong. The anointing strategically positions you in God's kingdom and in life. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. Colossians 2:9 Jesus had the anointing when He was here on earth. Jesus is our example of what our life can be when we have the anointing. Hebrews 12:2 Jesus knew His purpose. Luke 2:49 Jesus

Navigating A New Year

Isaiah  42:16 Our text passage above shows us God is the one who shows us the path to take and leads us in new directions. Your path matters to God. The way you you choose to take is important to God. Your steps are seen by God and ordered by God. Psalm 37:23 The year ahead of you matters to God too. Luke 13:8-9 Each year God has given you the grace to witness, experience, and journey through is another opportunity to be fruitful for God. God wants you to make the most of the year ahead of you to His glory. Human beings do not always know the way and path to go, we can be limited in wisdom. History shows we do not always make the best choices. The year ahead of us will require knowing the way to go, having the wisdom to make the best decisions and choices. Deuteronomy 30:19 To successfully navigate the year we need to stay in God.. To navigate is to find your way through, it is following the right path to a specific destination. Car drivers either buy a GPS/Navigation device system or
