A person who is cursing another wants evil to befall that person he/she is cursing. The curse is coming from the heart. Effective prayer must have a heart connection. If a curse comes from the heart and is released by words, and prayer works that way to, then prayer can neutralize curses, particularly because prayer involves God. God can also curse. We advise our children, friends, colleagues and family members when necessary. In the same manner, God gives advise to His people, His church, to His children. It has always been God's way to work through human beings, so when God wants to advise you He will do it through someone. It is up to us to be sensitive to God's ways and God's Spirit. God can use His apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers and evangelists to advise you. He can also use any of His sons and daughters to advise you. Wise people go for advise. Fruitfulness refers to your results. Our fruitfulness as God's people is connected to our connection to Jesus Christ. Prayer helps us stay connected to God.
