The Winning Perspective.

2 Kings 6:17-20 Your perspective is your point of view, how yousee things. Your perspective also determines your attitude. The perspective we have about life and people has a lot to do with our winning or failing in life. Which perspective are you holding on to? Do you have a Gehazi perspective to life and to your challenges or do you have an Elisha perspective? God wants us to have the right perspective about people, spiritual things, ourselves, and God Himself. Our perspective has to do with our mindset and the way we see. This is why we have been provided with the mind of Christ. The mind of Christ is a mind that sees. 1 Corinthians 2:16 God is concerned about how you see. How do you see? Elisha saw better than Gehazi because he could see into the spirit realm. We need to to pray that God will open the eyes of our understanding. Ephesians 1:18 Many people live in fear because they don't see right. Many people have given into the spirit of fear ,defeatand disc

Prayer & Spiritual Growth

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 Philippians 4:6,7 Jesus understood prayer, He prayed a lot and He knew the power it generated. Luke 6:12 Jesus's prayer life was so effective and impactful His disciples had to ask Jesus to teach them how to pray. Luke 11:1 Jesus is our perfect example. Like Jesus, our prayer life should attract others. Mark 1:35 Our prayer life should inspire others to pray and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Luke 11:2 The maturity, the grace, and the power of our prayer life has to do with our spiritual growth. Your prayers are reflections of where you are spiritually. Prayer is communication with the divine, with God. We know how mature a person is by what they say. In the same way, how we pray has a lot to do with our spiritual growth. There is a difference between a person who the Holy Spirit prays through and someone who prays from logic. Romans 8:26 Effective and impactful prayer is prayer that God's Spirit prays through you,

Understanding The Dimensions Of Spiritual Light.

Matthew 5:16, John 8:12, Matthew 5:14-16 Light is a very interesting phenomenon. Light is a very useful and valuable resource to have in life. Physically and spiritually, light is useful. Jesus described His followers as the light of the world. If we, who claim to be Christians are the light of the world in this generation, then it's worth understanding what Jesus meant by His followers and the church being a city on the hill that cannot be hidden. We need to understand what Jesus meant when He said 'I am the light of the world and whoever has Me will not stumble in darkness' To fully understand and value light we need to understand what darkness is. Darkness, spiritually speaking is symbolic of evil, negativity, Satan's Kingdom, ignorance, mistakes, stumbling, wickedness, and a lack of vision or foresight. Light is the spiritual opposite  of everything darkness is. Light represents good, positiveness, God's Kingdom, being informed, accuracy, standing

THE WINNER'S MINDSET.

Colossians 3:2 It is God's will for us to do well in life. It is God's will for us to win in life. 1 Corinthians 9:24 It is God's will for us to prosper and succeed in life because it glorifies Him. Psalm 1:1-3 You are a winner in life. If you are in Jesus and stay connected to Jesus  you will win. John 15:5 You have to know God wants you to win in life. To know you are supposed to win in life means you have knowledge. To have knowledge means you have the right information in your mind. Your mind is very important. Your mind is a major thing Satan attacks. 2 Corinthians 10:5 Your mind has a lot to do with your performance here on earth. Your mindset can determine whether you succeed or fail in this life. Even if you're in Christ, you still have to develop the right mindset. This is why the Bible touches a lot on the subject of the mind. Your mindset determines what you believe or do not believe. Your mind has been given to you to be renewed. You can

Questions Are The Answers

Text : 1 Samuel 30:6-20 There is something called the prayer of enquiry . Prayers of enquiry lead to direction. Prayers of enquiry are prayers that reveal the will of God on a matter so that we know which way to go. Prayers of enquiry are prayers that glorify God and reveals the humility of the person praying. It is the type of prayer David prayed in our text passage. God wants His children asking Him questions. Prayers of enquiry are prayers where you put a question across to God on a matter you don't know. The questions you ask in life determines the answers you get. Questions create answers. Many people want answers in life but they are not asking questions. And if they are asking questions, they aren't asking the right ones to get the right answers. If you are asking the right questions, are you asking the right person? We should ask God the right questions to get the right answers. Psalm 2:8 The prodigal son asked for his own share of his Father's inhe

Deuteronomy 8:3 Manna is symbolic of your daily bread, your daily supply from the Lord. Manna is daily bread, daily bread is daily miracles, supply on a daily basis, whether it's the Word of God, a need that's met or answered prayer. God wishes to meet the needs of His people on a daily basis and it is in our interest to be sensitive to the voice of God's Spirit daily. Psalm 68:19 Manna also represents your daily Word. Matthew 6:11. God has a daily Word for you. God wants communication with you daily. It seems God relates with is people on a daily basis. Lamentation 3:23 If you are still and sensitive, if you look into God's Word, God will speak to you afresh each day. God bears your b
